Mobile Coupon Business Plan

Mobile coupons will become a strong marketing tool in the near future. The business development team evaluated the possibility to make a business model and its expansion models.

We designed a service model that involves three parties, i.e. client group, customers, and mobile operators. The business model is that we charge clients for issuing coupons as well as charge mobile operators to share profit generated by the data transfer via mobile network.

For this stage of evaluation, we did a rough forecast on cost. As for the revenue, we came up with a estimate revenue table that is a combination of number of customers and number of clients. In the next stage of business development, we will go over the specific marketing and sales plans and come up with more feasible options of scenarios.

Also, we have developed a prototype and conducted a usability test that will help your understanding regarding the product and services.
